My car wouldn't start after parking here and the guys were great. They tried to boost me but it didn't work. I had to call AAA. They were kind and patient with me. Have me a place to sit and wait plus they kept on checking on me. They helped AAA and we got my car started. It took about 2 hrs but they didn't try to rush things. I would give more than 5 stars if I could
I already prepaid and reserved a spot more than a month ago for my car, when I got there they said no spot for me and made me turnaround. I guess this place is rich enough and don't need my money.
Slow as can be. Very frustrating
I had a horrible experience at SP+ parking as they lost my car keys! However, and this is a big lesson in customer service for anyone, my bad experience changed to a great experience thanks to Maria Sanchez. Really bad service. We had reservation for the parking at 10:30, but after we arrive at 10:35 the stuff told us that there are no spot for us, doesn’t matters if we have reservation. He sent us out to look for another parking. Then we call service center to cancel our reservation and the service was bad too.
