This garage should be condemned. Crumbling concrete everywhere, my new car was damaged just from being parked in this garage. No working elevators and no employees available. Tried calling the number multiple different times and no one answers. Do not park here.
I'd give this parking garage zero stars if I could... I work down the block so parked here for quite some time until I started taking Laketran. Where to begin... yes, its cheap but it comes at a price. There are 3 elevators - 2 have never worked in the past 2-3 years and 1 now only works between the basement and level 2 (there are 5 levels) and most of the time its stuck on level 4. At least a dozen spots on every level are blocked off... why you ask? Bc this garage is just falling apart. Cracks, missing chunks of concrete. ... read more
Trapped after the Browns - 49ers game. Took almost 90 minutes to leave due to machine not working and gates down. Not one attendant on site to help the 70+ vehicles that were stuck. This used to be my go to garage. Not anymore.
What a scam! Prepaid $30 thru SpotHero parking app for a Guardians baseball game. The app's pre-set end reservation time was 10:10pm for a 7:15pm game start. The app has an "Extend" time button but it wouldn't let me extend my time past 10:10pm. Impossible to make it to parking garage and out by 10:10. Parking garage charged additional $20 to exit. Now that I see several previous reviews for the exact same thing tells me that the parking garage is well aware. Yup, I should've known. These guys are a scam. Nice work souring o... read more
