Weird it says closed as its full of cars. Several are broke down and been there a long time. 1 of 2 Elevators is broke and the stairs are blocked off. Can't seem to call an elevator to the first floor. Crappiest parking garage I've been in but it is free. Had to walk up like you drive up. Where its at, downtown, is a craphole too.
11-14-2021 - This is free parking so you can't really complain being free but be cautious there late in the evenings because it's not the greatest location for that area and the elevators are in poor shape.
