Theres an old white guy named engler his name tag said and i used spothero to park here. It says 1000 times that its valet parking. The dude has never valet parked my car i always have to self park so what kind of false advertisement is this. $21 to park my own car. No sir. Otherwise this is the cleanest and safest parking lot in newark to get to the courthouse. Thats why it gets three stars

Worst parking ever, waited 45 min to get my car parked! They had just 2 workers for a real long line of cars. If you want are looking where to waste some extra time, here is the right place.

Yesterday I booked a parking for an event at Prudential Center, Newark using best parking. It was worst experience ever. The booking was for parking provider SP+ at 230 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102. There was only one parking attendent and it took over 1 hr for me to get through the parking. We ended up missing 40 mins of the show. It was very disappointing and there wasn't any option to turn away from the queue as it was a one way street and only one small entrace to the parking garage. Great indoor parking with transportation to and from the airport. They can become very busy in the evening making the curbside pickup a long wait which is not fun after traveling.

I parked my car there and had to walk up the street ramp because the elevator wasn't working. I came back to a dent in my car. One of the attendants was extremely rude. I'm getting no cooperation from anyone. I would give a zero, but that was not an option.
