Incredibly rude staff. We had prepaid for parking and when we arrived, their system was "down". We had a pass and tried to scan it and proceed but the gate wasn't showing recognition of my pass, but we continued since we had already paid them, so we moved around and parked like the others. There were no employees to ask but they still had people paying and leaving so we saw no issue. Upon exiting, I went to scan my pass and it said denied. Next to comedy store that locks up your phone and closes as 2. Locked our car in there with no where to go. We have a flight in 3 hours and are trapped outside from our car. Says 24 hours. Called and called and called. Trapped. Terrible business. Parking garage should not have hours
