Zero stars if I could. Never seen a company with 1.3 Stars. Shameful! Had a validation/voucher from Del Frisco’s that seemed to work as I was able to exit the garage three weeks ago. $5 parking fee at the time with $36.50 added by a company called Metropolis, which threatens to send me to collections if I don’t pay. Leaving for 2 weeks out of the country in the morning and don’t have time to deal with it. I will let Del Friscos and the building owner know when I return. This parking garage is a scam operation. No obvious ticket issuance or payment protocol. Exit gates open with no requirement for payment, I thought it was an amenity of onsite merchants. A violation sent 3 months later. I am planning to contest or not pay violation, I'll pay whatever was owed for actual parking, but wasn't provided a method to pay at the time so how could I have done so on the location?

Evening hours had ample parking. The acoustics of the facility are phenomenal. One could hear a pin drop, or other sound, reverberating throughout. Easy payment system.

I attempted to pay for park repeatedly on 11/16/ @ 7pm using multiple credit cards along 3 other people. I took pictures of the screen which indicated it was meter P1 and it kept saying error reading card. After trying for about 15 minutes I let someone else try who it also failed for same reason. I took pictures of the 2 different signs so I could pay but one has a disconnected phone and the other did not have a way to pay. After reading reviews it seems this has been going on for 2 years. There’s a credit card machine at the exit of this garage, but since they want you to pay before you exit, you’ll scan your ticket, credit card in hand, and the arm will go up and allow you leave. You’ll think, “Oh! Today’s my lucky day! Maybe there’s some kind of event happening where parking is waived!” Nah. They’ll send you a notice with a $30 fee, plus your parking amount for “No Payment”, plus by the time they actually send you the notice, it’s outside of their 14 day dispute window.
