Shout-out to this parking garage for hiring the worst construction crew of all time. Months of waking up every single weekday morning to the sound of these bozos drilling into straight concrete without any regard for the residents of the surrounding buildings. I believe they are trying to get the garage up to code, but the amount of time spent on this project is absurd. Hire a better company or close your crappy garage. Severely understaffed, creating an extremely long wait time for car retrieval at the end of the day. We had to wait over 50 minutes in a line of people. On top of this, we had two cars in our group and one car was charged extra as an "Oversized" car without prior notice.

horrible, had to wait a very long time for car retrieval. severely understaffed, waste of time. also mischarged our friend’s car for no reason as an oversized car when my car is literally larger.

The man that took care of my car was nice. Prices are very misleading. The prices are posted on the wall in large black and white text. The actual prices don't show the over 18% tax on top so I was surprised when I paid twice as much as I'm used to for half the time that I got. Go somewhere else.
