Had my car parked here, but when I picked it up, there was a new sizeable dent in the side. The staff (who were friendly at least) told me to call back on Monday to reach the manager. I did, but he was not there. It's been several days, and I still have not been able to contact the manager. The price is cheaper than other garages in the area, but would caution against parking here.

I left my car and when I got back my car was damaged assistant manager named MA ask me for a dl and registration and email address and said someone will contact me within 24 hours I said I will not leave until I get proper damage report form and MA said manager will be back on Monday and he can't give it to me then I said I call the police and suddenly manager showed up and gave me incident report !!! she said I will receive phone call within 24 h. its been 3 weeks already and nobody call. im gonna report this to police . do... read more

We parked here after having our baby at Sinai west as we had a " free parking pass" from the hospital. Our pass was for 12hrs and we were only at the facility for 1.5hrs but they said our pass was only going to cover 1/2 the bill. And charged us another $10 on top.
