DO NOT PARK AT THIS LOT! I stopped for ~50 mins in the dead of night to grab a bite to eat at a place next door and I got a letter in the mail for a $102 dollar parking fee. I did not pay the fee, and a lawyer sent a letter to my house threatening to sent the bill to collectors and affect my credit score. There is no attendant on the lot, and they have one TINY red sign that states what will happen if you park in their lot without paying (it is not illuminated - if you’re parking at night you WILL NOT see the sign). I received a fine in the mail from this lot and I’ve never been here before in my life. Pictures too blurry to make out but they’re claiming it’s my car when I haven’t been in Cleveland for years or had those plates on it for almost a year. Spamming my phone with call demanding payment from whatever service they use. Can’t imagine how they’d treat people that actually did park here.

Please do not park here. Paid in advance for an event, was stuck in traffic leaving the car park post event (took over 20 minutes to get out of the postage stamp sized lot). Just received a $92 'non compliance charge' from a well known 'revenue recovery service.' Booked through SpotHero, so don't use the either as they have disavowed all responsibility despite selling for whole event parking.

The cameras don't have the correct time stamps so expect a $90+ bill that they will deny your dispute on, even if you have receipts.

This parking lot is out to scam you. They will send you a letter in the mail asking for an insane amount of money saying you didn’t pay and then when you dispute it with proof you paid, they will still deny your claim. NEVER parking here again. I paid $15 to park there with the QR code then got a $92 charge in the mail.
