Paid $300 for TWO days of valet parking, only to have my belongings stolen from my car. Nobody took responsibility or even tried to help. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

Very slow response while 3 employees attended to one person. Car had new scratches upon return.

I had a very frustrating experience with this parking lot, mainly due to severe understaffing and poor management. The delays were significant, and it was clear the team was overwhelmed. I want to highlight that the on-site staff—Arnold, Komi, Carlos, and Michael—were genuinely excellent. Despite the stressful conditions, they remained professional, kind, and transparent about the situation. Absolutely terrible. They oversell spots via BestParking - way over their capacity, so you get 5-6 cars blocking the street waiting for 15 minutes to be let in. Avoid at all costs!
