Really frustrating experience. Do not recommend prepaying through Parking.com for events at CFG Arena. I tried to purchase event parking for a recent concert and the website indicated the concern name and event charges were included - $25. On the drive over, my daughter noticed that the receipt was for a 2-hour reservation, not event duration. I asked the attendant, and the said the only thing to do was to make another reservation online for the remainder of the time or I would be charged the event fee to exit. I made anothe... read more
Hell of a view. People thought the FBI parked here until they found out they don't need a car.
Relatively inexpensive compared to most of the parking in the area but they could use some help with directing exiting traffic. Waited for over 2 hours to leave the garage after the concert I attended.
