We parked here recently to get some food at the Rusty Taco and it was relatively clean and easy to find a spot in. My 13-year-old forgot something in the car and ran back to grab it and when she returned she said there was a very tall old guy about 70 years old, thin and bald who wouldn't leave her alone. He was wearing a safety vest and blue gloves so I assume he was the attendant. She said he asked her name and when she brushed him off, being a stranger and all, he then proceeded to move closer to her and ask what she was ... read more
We parked here on NYE as we were staying at the Hilton next door. Saved $20 over the hotel parking fees. This facility was clean with plenty of parking and spoke to customer service prior to going there. Very helpful and informative. Checking out of the garage was super easy. Ignore all negative reviews. Highly recommended!
The parking structure was fine, but elevator was super dirty. Even worse though, neither pay kiosk worked. It would scan my ticket, but the screen flashed and it would not recognize my credit card. Not a big deal at the walk-up pay kiosk near Forest Ave, but it was a huge ordeal at the vehicle exit at Myrtle Ave. I pushed the help button; was assisted by someone with a thick accent. The actual parking was fine. We got taken advantage of at the exit pay station. I scanned our ticket and it showed $8 to be paid. I swiped my card then a live attendant came on the speaker. I didn’t think I needed help and with his deep accent I couldn’t understand what he was telling me or he wanted. I scanned my card again, I got a receipt, and the gate lifted.
