This happened at October 3, 2024. Used valet parking as a service because of a conference. Checked out of hotel. Had an early flight at CVG, tried to get my car at 3:00 AM from the valet and nobody was at the valet desk. For 1 hour+, Westin hotel staff and I were trying to figure out how to get my valet car from the garage because no SP+ staff were on site to get my car out of the valet lot.
