I guess it’s okay, I reserved a spot using SpotHero, and I had no issues. With SpotHero, the directions say just drive up and leave before your end time slot. There is no one on site to help. If you don’t reserve, there are signs on site that give you a QR code to reserve time and the sign also provides you with a phone number for support. I made the prepayment through ParkWhiz, where my car’s license plate is registered. I arrived at the outdoor parking lot, where no one is watching over the cars. I left my car, and when I came back, there was a ticket on it saying I had to pay an additional $70 for parking there. When I noticed this, I looked for and found the person in charge, and I showed him my receipt proving I had already paid for 12 hours of parking. I prepaid for parking and when I arrived, there were 2 homeless people blowing each other in the lot. Spoke to local who said this happens all the time. I left and parked my car elsewhere to avoid getting their goo all over my car. Waste of money!
