Scammy place. Parked there paid $7 through the QR code in the wall, they send a ticket for $97. Do not park here
The sign says $4.99. I had lunch and was parked for around 1 hour. Was charged $18.99.
False advertising - “daily max” is $18, but after 18 hours, the bill is $24. Phone attendant understood the problem until putting me on hold to talk to a supervisor, then magically a “day” is 12 hours. Just a scam, avoid.
This parking garage charged me over $470 for 30 minutes of parking. It is clearly a glitch in their system but I can’t get a hold of anyone at LAZ to address it or fix it. Absurd.
Don’t go here. You won’t be able to retrieve your car. The entry door to go back in doesn’t work. And there is ZERO. After hours support. I wonder if there is a way to report these scammers.
