SCAMMERS!! DO NOT PARK HERE. I was staying at cloud one hotel and they told me to park here at a rate of 40$ for a full 24hrs. I kindly asked the person working there to make sure it was $40 for 24hrs he said yes. I parked the car there at 1pm and left at 10am the following morning. When I came to the gate there was an extra $70 I had to pay. I tried asking the parking attendant why it is 70$ extra dollars when I didn’t go over the 24hr mark. The parking garage is very safe and most importantanly easy to drop off. But if you are 30 mins late they charge and extra 30$. Other than that great service will be parking my car here in the future.
Worst experience ever have with parking! Not recommended at all. Guy who is working at front desk who help you to park the car is so rude even when you are kind to them. They charge you extra for no reason and when you ask them nicely what are the charges for suddenly they become so rude. Makes you hurry to pick up your car and make you to pay extra charges. Usually I don’t post reviews but this guys deserve it. Be ware!
