Pleasant experience for us. This garage participates in SpotHero app. Tight spacing between spaces and shared with wholefoods customers and buildings condo tenants so alot to watchout for when parking. See images for reference.

Sat in line for half an hour trying to get out because people with prepaid reservations had no way to use them. I paid $16 for my ticket at a kiosk, then when I finally got to the gate and scanned my ticket it charged me an additional $11 to get out, probably because the ticket had timed out waiting in line. Would never use this garage again.

Absolutely horrific experience. They allowed more cars in than there were spots and we were stuck in the garage for 25 minutes without finding a spot. Then we had to PAY to get out. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and will never come back to this garage.

Reserved a spot online then said it was invalid paid for parking twice and customer service guy was no help at all

Terribly ran. There was no attendant and there was a 10+ car backup. You bought a ticket through an app, but there was no one to scan you out. Horrible place and no service to call anyone from the parking deck. Unless you like spending 2 hrs trying to get out of there, go park anywhere else.
