They are trying to scam you. there's nowhere to pay at, and no gate. So you can drive in, and out with no restrictions, and then you're going to get a threat in the mail to pay their $54.50 fee, or get charged more fees and get sent to collections. They also threaten to tow you if you unknowingly park at any of their other affiliated sites. I would wager this is how they make their money.
Smart phone required to park
While I do not like the monthly expense, I love having access to multiple EV chargers. There are plenty of spots whenever I park. I like that there's no ticket to take, gate to open, or badge to scan every time- all by license plate. I also appreciate there is a security patrol!
