Worst parking experience ever. The sign showed that ticket can be validated with Costco receipt, but the parking attendant (a rude African middle-aged guy who won't even open his window to help you) told you to just pay with no further explanation.
I am writing this review because I am 6 months pregnant and this lady threw a ticket at me. I have called the listed number and expect someone to contact me. This is unacceptable
Advertise buisness hours are till 11pm, but the security guard informed my husband that they start towing cars at 10pm. If we hadn't asked we could have returned at 10:30 to a towed vehicle. Signage should be updated to reflect policies.
I strongly DO NOT recommend using the garage elevator at this Costco location Today the elevator on the 3rd floor got stuck, trapping people inside, and Arlington Fire and EMS (911) had to respond to evacuate them. I parked in the adjacent indoor garage on the 3rd floor. I briefly recorded the emergency response from a safe distance. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred at your Pentagon City location on Friday, December 19.
