Terrible experience for day parking. Paid in advance, had my QR code. Never worked took me more than 20’ to get in. Same BS on the way out. DO NOT USE.
Absolutely terrible parking garage. It is very confusing once you drive in as there are no attendants to assist despite “valet parking.” There was one attendant sitting in an office who didn’t come out until I circled back around since I didn’t know where to go. Got out of the car to ask for assistance. Texted ten minutes ahead in the morning to request my car and received a message back stating what is my plate number, model of car as there is no info to retrieve it. This is a Valet only Service Garage. They have Lifts and for Private Spaces if you choose to park your own. Very nice guys work a lot of busy Residents as now it is 55-57 Bank Apartments. Manager, Cory, is very good at helping if you have a problem. 4 Stars due to the Ceiling particles and Dust getting onto your Car all the time. Thinking of getting a Cover. Truly awful parking experience. Living at 55 Bank St is amazing but the parking situation is bad enough where I’d recommend anyone look to live somewhere else. I routinely am unable to get my car from the valet because they forget to send me my ticket, I get told that I need to take an Uber to work because their lift is broken and cannot get my car down, and have even hit my car! If possible, do not give this place your business
