Update they never came to open the door after telling me countless times over the that “someone is 5 minutes away” and costed me a $50 uber. There are no signs in the parking lot and clearly no support from management
Absolutely horrible my car was locked for nearly 2 hours! Everyone I spoke with said the building manager/engineer was 5 minutes away and no one ever came and the emergency release button didn’t work.
