Not too good..the cars are parked extremely close, my door had a knick on it.Some cars parked crooked or on the line ,especially the big trucks
Wife also parked here for the van good experience. Paid the $19.99 fee and was charged and I also have received in the mail a bill for $48.15. Not knowing I was already billed I go to pay the over priced rate to find out they want $96.07 including there connivence fee. Unacceptable I’ve disputed the charge. Awaiting a response.
I would give a zero star. After paying for 4 hours at the machine in the lot. I get a letter from Professional Parking management, telling me that if I didn't pay another 48.15, I would be turned over for collections etc. I have a witness who was with me and my receipt. We were only there maybe 2 hrs. Which according to their bill, I was only there 32 minutes. I have reported to the BBB, where there was over 1k complaints. Scammers.
