They changed companies and now they're charging $9 per day
Your customer service system is the worst I have encountered. You cannot speak to a human. All I want to do is pay my bill because I have a new debit card. You charge 48.00 a month to park on a pitiful lot yet I cannot speak to anyone. I refuse to put my new number on your website. How do I know if it is safe. I will change my parking to another company. Yours is pathetic and greedy.
