Absolutely terrible experience. I waited approximately 20–30 minutes while the attendant parked just two cars ahead of me. Before he parked the last car, I specifically asked him to take my car next because I was already running late for work. He completely ignored my request and didn’t even respond. When it was finally my turn, he came back up in the elevator and refused to take my car unless I moved it closer to the elevator — literally about 5 feet. Workers are rude ! Don’t care type!
I finished a 30 minute YouTube video by the time my car was put away and I got a ticket I put a movie on and I was halfway through ratatouille before I got my car back I’m never coming back here again this place is terrible I don’t even wanna stay at the hotel anymore it’s bad there needs to be two people working there It’s cause we’re in a recession I get it but we need more workers cause this is ridiculous time is money and I got stuff to do I got a daughter and I can’t pick her up late from daycare anymore it’s exhausting
Friendly staff but extremely slow. Usually one old man that walks in snail speed and takes literally 10 mins per far 🙄 😑 😒 its incredible
Staff works really hard and I appreciate them, but it’s severely understaffed for the amount of traffic. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your car.
