Great customer service very helpful specially in the night
The morning shuttle service is so underserved, making an early flight, even with early arrival to the lot, always seems a mad dash because they always ONLY have one shuttle working. I get the whole thought of “it’s low volume” but it really isn’t when these shuttles aren’t continuously rolling. This is the third time we have to wait over 20 minutes for the shuttle to come back and get us “on the next one”.
