I'm a monthly customer at this garage and they are unprofessional and have poor customer service skills (with the exception of one employee). They damaged my car and then, after filling out a damage report, it took them two weeks and multiple calls to a supervisor who is never there, for them to even process it. After it was processed, I was told my claim was denied because I left the garage. No attempt was made to contact me or discuss anything with me.
