Dangerous parking garage. This building is the definition of "blight." A piece of plywood over a smashed window. The exit/entrance requires drivers to go over the sidewalk. There is a wall that blocks exiting drivers' view to the right. Drivers regularly just roll over the sidewalk without looking for pedestrians. Additionally, the absentee owners of course don’t shovel when it snows. See photo.
Unreliable. The place is dirty. The attendants take your car for a personal drive and race your car. They slam doors and come up with excuses. They've lost keys. The office staff us friendly, but drivers aren't by in general.
