As all the negative reviews reveal: this company ROTS. best to NEVER pay for parking as you will be taking a chance on being hunted down by a Ghost company( SP+ ). get dropped off ! do not park in ANY Brightline garage
I received a parking violation from the Boca Brightline station. I have provided spplus AND Brightline copies of my ticket from 12/02 supporting that I had parking included in my ticket. SPPLUS DOES NOT return calls, Does not return emails or respond to disputes on the website. This is a Unethical Business associated with Brightline and I am disappointed that I have not received any intervention from Brightline in this matter either.
Paid the parking ticket through Brightline, in Fort Lauderdale....I got charged when I left the parking garage...nobody answers the phone...nobody help! Impossible to contact a "real person"...
I've gotten a parking violation at a location i've never been!!!
I paid for parking through brightline. And yet, I got a parking violation? Get it together. I called bright line and they said this is one of many calls they receive in which someone has paid and gets a fine in the mail. I don’t want to waste my time calling you guys when it is not my fault.
