Cleveland Clinic and their parking lots are fricking ridiculous!!

This garage is located at a Cleveland Clinic facility but seems to be owned by a 3rd party. If you enter and then immediately leave, they charge you $3, just to have the pleasure of driving into the garage. If you have a validated ticket for 1.5 hours, if you're there 1min longer, they charge you $3. If the machine is not working, and it often isn't, they write you a ticket you need to pay online. This company's unmanned MRN Uptown Parking lot ate my ticket at the exit gate and forced me to pay a lost ticket fee of $35 on a validated ticket. Receipt printer was broken and the call box for help did not work. No one answered at the phone number on the kiosk, despite it being within the posted hours of the on-call attendant. When I called them back to get his resolved, they said there was nothing they could do because I could not prove I lost the ticket. Find someone more trustworthy to park.
