Convenience and fair price
30+ minutes to get my car. My father was discharged from his outpatient surgery at 2pm and I wasn’t able to get him until 2:45pm…. Thank you to the shift supervisor who corrected his men to pay better attention to their customers. 4 people who came after me got their cars before me… Please upper management of SP+ rectify this issue.
Even though there is long wait time the staff and management make me feel safe and valued here as a customer thank you
