They will give you a ticket regardless over 2hrs or under 2hrs. I take time to set an alarm to go move my vehicle and when I return - boom ticket. WE LOVE THAT DON'T WE???!!🙄😒 Why on earth would I pay a ticket that I don't deserve.... they suck.
Scam artists. The sign said 1 hr parking for Fidelity guests, and we received a ticket after 13 minutes for “improper parking.” In an empty (read “dead”) mall.
They are scammers they have charged me twice for the same violation
Unbelievably unprofessional and arrogant people ! Shame for Salt Lake City International Airport....
This company doesn't even take DEBIT cards. What is this, the 18th century? I had to take cash, IN PERSON to their location to pay a parking fee. Definitely make sure you have plenty of cash on you if you need to park in one of their garages.
