21 August 2025 10:30 AM. Rude parking attendant. Seemed intoxicated/ under the influence. I was able to make out smell of weed coming out of his stall from 5 meters away at 10:30 in the morning. Said his name was Joe.
I was unable to exit due to the reader decline every card I own. The gentleman working the stall was wonderful. However the machine was giving people a hard time to get in and out!
Can you tell me when the parking system at 1 Centrepointe Dr, in Ottawa, Ontario will be working reliably? I tried to use the lot last week and the credit card reader was not able to read my card. Please consider providing a reliable alternative system such as paper tickets for such situations as well as for those who prefer not to use a credit card for parking. Attendant #1 that works here is rude, and impolite - will avoid this parking lot in the future because of him. The second attendant who works here is super nice and awesome to deal with. Note: They now only take debit and credit.
$6 for 40 minutes, the machine inside isn't taking credit, and you have one exit lane blocked off. It is impressive that you are charging this much and still unable to maintain your equipment.
