Absolutely ridiculous. Very irresponsible and slow to respond. Scammed me since 6/23. Cancel! Park anywhere else!
You think it's scary when it's nighttime downtown, it's even more so with this companies ethics or at the least the person managing it. Avoid it at all costs. Just park somewhere much safer, get a scooter, or walk or Lyft/Uber.
