Don’t come here if you go at a concert. It took us one hour to leave this parking lot.
The operations manager called us “cheats” and began yelling at us, which was very unprofessional. We had pressed the help button for assistance, and when she arrived, she started shouting at the call staff, telling them not to override. The entire interaction was unpleasant and unprofessional. She was not willing to listen to our explanation and continued to yell over us instead.
It's been our go to for years.
