If your planning attending an event at the downtown, SKIP THIS PLACE. 1.5 hr to get out, terrible experience. Park somewhere else.
Do not park here, waited 3 hours after an event to get out and couldn’t get my parking validated while I waited. Absolutely ridiculous.
They locked us in the parking for hours.
Don’t park here! Their system sucks, it takes 3 hrs to exit the garage. Highly suggested to go elsewhere, never seen a garage so inefficient. And staff hangs up on you when you try to ask for help.
