I just got hung up on by the person who answered the phone on 6/17/26 @ 8:15 pm when I requested a receipt for the new QR code entrance/exit that’s been implemented I input all my information thru this QR code and was told it will automatically send a receipt to my email as of yet that has not occurred the person requested I drive back in the morning from Westchester to get a physical receipt nasty attitude with a Jamaican accent maybe the Manager should have a conference with him about customer service do you know the cost ... read more
