I use the monthly permit for parking, but decided to use there public surface lot seeing I was only there for a short time and didn't want to park in the dimly lit garage. Received a ticket for not parking in designated area. Asked parking officer and he stated it was a misunderstanding on his part, and that I should appeal it. THIS PARKING LOT RIPPED ME OFF. I went to park at this lot for an appointment. I had parked at this lot previously. When I arrived I hit the button and the gate opened but no ticket came out. I figured it was broken and I was running late so I entered. After a little more than an hour I went to leave but the exit gate wouldn’t go up. The button to call the attendant wouldn’t work.
