First time using the garage and I arrive to see the gate open, so I assume there's no charge to park since it's after sundown. Come to find out the gate was just broken. On the way out they charged me the max amount since I didn't have a ticket, even though the gate was clearly broken. I argued with them for a half hour and after the attendant "looked at the security footage and never saw me enter" I had to sign some sort of lost ticket affidavit to get them to open the gate so I can leave. Easy Parking and cheaper.
Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. But there are few to none other options to park long time on the island, so you are a captive client.
