To call the kiosks at the exit complete junk would be far too charitable. It wouldn't scan the QR code for my online booking so I had to use the assistance button which connected me to someone but the speaker was so quiet, I couldnt hear them over the jets overhead. It then proceeded to drop the call a couple times. The poor gentleman in the kiosk next to mine was having the same issue but his English wasn't too great so he ended up being stuck there for an hour. Don’t bother buying ticket online. It’s cheaper to just pay with your credit card when you exit. I parked on Monday and there was plenty of space.
Metropolis took over but readers are still malfunctioning, not reading QR codes, no one responding when pushing button and then no one answering phone. Basically forced to double pay.
