Spot where it's easy to pay through the phone.
BEWARE..... This parking lot needs attendees. Too complicated. Wouldn't take Cash or credit cards. I tried to text. I tried to scam. No luck. I waisted 45 minutes trying every thing possible. Good Luck.
Not able to use foreign credit card or even PayPal...
Right in front of the Metro Station, looked safe even though I got there at 11:00pm there were kids on their scooters at that time.
