DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU . We prebooked a parking space in advance. On arrival, we showed the employee our QR code and receipt, and he confirmed and validated our ticket before taking our keys. We assumed everything was in order. It wasn't. When we returned to collect our car, a different employee claimed the ticket his coworker had validated didn't match our booking — and demanded we pay in full again, on top of what we'd already paid. I made a parking reservation here since it was only couple of minutes walk from Radio City Music Hall. The price was good, only $25 for 5 hours of parking on Saturday night. When we arrived close to the entrance, it took us 45 minutes to get to the garage. They literally had a backlog of cars waiting on 53rd street, that literally blocked the whole street. Perfect location. Safe, quick, pricy but worth it. They took photos of all car damages which means that they drive and park them carefully. Out of all the spots which were not safe, theft issues, rude employees, etc. I would prefer to pay 20 bucks more but have all the pluses than pay less and have negatives of all other locations. This one is the top location. Ps. Park here and then take a Subway to go around, which will save you a lot of money, headache, and time. You are welcome :)

The Manager Shashpal was very helpful after a mistake that was made by me and one of the employees. I made a reservation through a parking app and accidentally parked at this location instead of where I made the reservation. Shashpal was very helpful to work with the parking app to get me a refund and apologetic for the mistake. I will use this garage again!
