Easy parking and easy exit
Came home from a week long vacation to a flat tire in the parking garage. Was able to get our vehicle to the pay to park and it was on the rim. We pulled over with hazard lights on and a super helpful gentleman named Mike (Michael) offered assistance in helping me fill my tire up. Give this man a raise, he was extremely kind to take the time to help after a stressful airport day and couldn’t thank him enough.
Horrible customer service
The garage felt safe and well organized with lights eliminating open spots. Covered walk into the airport was a relief.
