Consistently terrible. Ever since this company took over, it takes several minutes to get in and out of the lot. The people ahead are confused, I’m confused. It feels like a different process every time. Not to mention, it’s less expensive to park downtown than here. I’m going to start parking down the street and walking.
first of all such high parking rates so away from downtown is opportunistic by every one cause of which we go to this address(doctors included). We come here for our weekly doctor visit and have found with evidence that the time calculation is wrong, even when I am existing in 27 minutes, it shows dot 30 minutes and chareges $7 instead of $3.5, very exploitive. they do not give any receipt when entering and bill for high time, when asked I was told, we dont control the system
Why make parking so difficult in this day and age? If you find have a credit card you can't park. Most people have debit cards
This is the worst lot for parking!!! Worse than the Ottawa Hospital. Unbelievable
