I had a parking pass pre purchased, the barcode would not show up according to the attendant. I have original receipt and everything. I had to pay again to be let in. That's theft. The attendant lied and said SP+ parking would refund my money no questions asked, but that's a big fat lie.

omgosh this parking sucks! ate all of our tickets and when we called for help the guy was so mean to us and hung up in our face, charged the guys who payed for us like 3 times so now I’m writing a review because everyone should know how bad they suck (: ! jerks

They will still take your $45 dollars even if you get your parking validated. Their website system does not work properly, you can’t get anyone on the phone who is helpful. You can communicate by email, but they will tell you your refund will take 7-14 business days. It been over a month for me and I have not received my refund. If I see SP+ parking on any parking garage in the future I will turn around and park somewhere else.

These people robbed me and a bunch of people of 45 dollars on October 9th. And the people working don't have the audacity to answer my calls, I tried disputing with my bank and I still couldn't get my money back, you guys are absolutely terrible.

I was charged a whopping $45 for 2 hours of parking, which I had validation for 3 hours of free parking. It has been a nightmare trying to contact anyone to get this refund. They are hoping that you just forget about it but unfortunately for them, $45 is absurdly expensive and unacceptable for a mistake that they made.
