Absolute mess. You pay by phone, no one can figure it out, and the lines to exit are endless and immobile.
Card was automatically charged upon exit, but gate wouldn’t lift. Huge line of cars behind me, so I scanned the QR code and was asked to pay. I presumed the first didn’t go through and filled it out- wrong! I was charged twice. Metropolis gave me a hard time about refunding the 2nd charge, as they claimed there was only 1 charge on my account, even when I sent them the posted statement from my credit card. This garage is a scam it will hold you and everyone else hostage for hours do not go here
Absolutely avoid this garage. $31 for 4 hours of parking!!!!!
Parked in this garage tonight. Went to a show down the street & when over lots of people from the show were also parked there. The gate would repeatedly not lift causing it to take almost an hour to get out. Everyone was rip roaring pissed off. I see that others have had the same experience in recent months. So obviously they don’t care. Zero stars from me. Don’t park here.
