Parked in this garage tonight. Went to a show down the street & when over lots of people from the show were also parked there. The gate would repeatedly not lift causing it to take almost an hour to get out. Everyone was rip roaring pissed off. I see that others have had the same experience in recent months. So obviously they don’t care. Zero stars from me. Don’t park here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We prepaid for parking via SpotHero (which I have never had an issue with). This garage scans your license plate and then doesn’t connect to the fact that you’ve already paid for parking when trying to exit. The gate would not lift. The QR code didn’t work. Was on hold with the company for 5 minutes with a line of traffic behind us. This was after a show, so I can’t imagine how long everyone else will be waiting. Decided not to fully park here, took about 10 minutes inside and left still within their grace period, and they charged me for parking. emailed to get my money back and they claim i was there for 11 genuinely dont park here they suck, its all automated slop.
Skip this place. It was $35 for 3 hours and 5 mins of parking. This isn’t Boston?!
