App says 24 hour facility, and lets you book it. well I arrived here today at 5am (and waited 20 mins before posting) and the place was locked up and no one around.
Alright. Here's the thing. We loved this parking garage. We use it pretty much any time we go downtown. Tonight, they ruined it for us. First, there was poor signage that made people think they were able to leave much sooner than they were actually allowed to. Secondly, and more inportantly, we decided to partake in the denver tradition of watching the parade of lights from inside the garage. We paid for our spot so that we could do this. Super convenient parking garage with one of the lowest prices in town. Weekends are a discounted rate, I paid $7 to park from mid-day Saturday to mid-day Sunday. Clean, safe, and secure. I highly suggest parking here!
Sat for over an hour waiting in an unmoving line of traffic trying to get out after an event, so frustrating! Will look elsewhere where they manage things better for future parking.
