We parked here labor day weekend when parking lot was full at our hotel across the street (Courtyard Marriott). Once you go down the ramp and park, take the elevator back up to inside lobby and exit through the doors on Curtis. We talked to the security guard and when you want to go in after hours (6pm onwards) theres a box on the wall with a white button that calls or alerts someone and they will let you in. We had to leave early around 4am and we got in smoothly. Easy and safe and better rate than the hotel lot.

I had a terrible experience. I attempted to pay before the one-hour rate increased, but neither the cash machine nor the credit card reader worked. I immediately called customer service while I was still at the exit. Because their equipment was malfunctioning, the parking fee increased from $13 to $20 while I was trying to resolve the issue. Despite explaining that the delay was caused entirely by their broken payment system, every representative insisted that I pay the additional $7. Pavilions parking claims they will validate your parking if you’re seeing a movie. Person at theatre said printer isn’t working properly so we need to speak with man in booth. No one is there. We call, we wait 30 mins in a parking garage to leave and no one answers. Charged us 45$ to park for 4 hours. Does not answer the phone.
