I had a terrible experience. I attempted to pay before the one-hour rate increased, but neither the cash machine nor the credit card reader worked. I immediately called customer service while I was still at the exit. Because their equipment was malfunctioning, the parking fee increased from $13 to $20 while I was trying to resolve the issue. Safe place for parking vehicles, security guard do there jobs making there rounds frequently
Pavilions parking claims they will validate your parking if you’re seeing a movie. Person at theatre said printer isn’t working properly so we need to speak with man in booth. No one is there. We call, we wait 30 mins in a parking garage to leave and no one answers. Charged us 45$ to park for 4 hours. Does not answer the phone.
One of the cleanest and easy to navigate garages I’ve ever parked in. Lighting is good as well. Rates are very reasonable, especially for the weekend.
I booked an online reservation MONTHS in advance to park at this garage for a concert I was going to. I have never spent my time leaving a negative review but the customer support was utterly shocking. Getting into the garage with my barcode was easy! BUT leaving was a whole different issue. I scanned the code and it said I owed $2, who cares, I tried to pay 11 times 3 different cards (all denied).
