Followed the instructions to pay with the new system, says to leave the garage and you will be charged. I was charged and then they tried to hit me with a late fee of $60! Called and they removed it saying it was an error. Careful!
Doubled charged me. I paid via the QR code and then it charged another card associated with the license plate.
We parked in this garage to go to dinner downtown and when we came out at 6 PM, we could not get back in the doors to take the stairs so we had to physically walk up the ramp the same as the cars do. The most unsafe experience I’ve ever had in a parking garage, only to overpay for parking!!!

This review is for the parking under the pavilion. I parked my motorcycle close to the exit kind of by the Security shack, not knowing that there was active security there I left my bike for a while and came back early morning and was struggling a little bit to takeoff the bike lock. The Security came out and asked me if I was OK, and I thought that that was a nice gesture that he was looking out for my bike.
