The person in the early morning is nasty and highly aggressive. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. I believe this should be addressed immediately. Poor customer service.
DO NOT PARK HERE! Go to another lot. The older gentleman there is unprofessional and you’ll be waiting for a LONG time to get your car out. I wish I listened to the reviews.
12/16/2025 The person manning the garage today at around 7:20/30 in the morning was extremely aggressive when commanding me and others where to go. Told him to relax over a simple misunderstanding of what lot number to park the car, no problem, parked the car there, after understanding where he wanted me to go, he’s nowhere to be found after I park and get out, once again no problem I’ll go to him directly, hand him my keys and everything, told me to go back to my car, once again, alright, no problem. There is an older gentleman that works there who is always rude to the customers that parks there on a daily basis. I was one minute late on picking up my car due to me working in the medical field. He charged my card $35 instead of my normal pay which is $19. He proceeded to tell me that next time I need to pick up my car earlier or I won’t get my car back next time. I will not be parking my car there nor do I recommend anyone else to park there
These people are absolute crooks. After giving them one month notice in advance of leaving (on their website and in person) they continued to charge me 3 months after I had left, then claimed I never gave them advanced notice and refuse to refund me. Although the daily staff was very nice, the management absolutely takes advantage of you and I would never come here if you can avoid it
