Incredibly frustrating experience. Horrible
Great facility
Safe and well lit. We booked thru spot hero and got a decent price for overnight parking. It was quite confusing regarding where to park within the garage and nobody to ask for help but we ultimately figured it out. Many of the spots are doubles, as in one long parking spot that two vehicles can use. There’s signage everywhere to not take up 2 spots so we pulled into the back section of one, but what would happen if someone parked in front of us, blocking us in, and then we had to leave?
Fantastic parking, flexible 24/7 monthly plan. Really great staff. Thanks a lot!
Parking garage only allows in and out access once. So if you’re a visitor that books 3 days in a row of garage usage, and leave the garage on day 1… then you’re out of luck and have to pay them more money to re-enter. Book the night prior 1 day at a time to not be out of money like myself. Also, it closes by 8:30pm for visitors parking **they do mention this system of entry/exiting on the website so I’d consider other options if you have places to be.
